Our Medical Equipment Assistance Grant provides financial support to help seniors, people with disabilities, and families obtain essential equipment and home modifications that improve safety and independence.

What the Grant Covers

This grant can help fund:

Mobility Devices: Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or rollators

Home Safety Upgrades: Grab bars, ramps, stair rails, non-slip flooring

Fall-Prevention Tools: Bed rails, balance aids, anti-slip mats

Medical Support Equipment: Hospital beds, patient lifts, transfer devices

To ensure the equipment and modifications are used safely and effectively, grant recipients are encouraged to consult with My Home Care & Services.

Important: Consultation is optional — you do not need to use our services to receive the grant
